My experience with prints.pk is as amazing as always.I always choose prints.pk for customized gifts and it always turned out faboulus.
You a wonderful job but in second order you made mistake and that is also not a big issue because mistakes happens but how you handle it was not correct. Any way I am very happy with the product and result but you should improve your customer / after sales service.
The printing of the mug was good. However, the customer service was not very good. I had to repeatidly call them and they would not respond. They sent the product one day later which i was not happy about since it was supposed to be a birthday gift and it arrived late.
These 2 products are really good,their quality and design are up to the mark.Nice work 👍
