Note: During SALE there is no return of refund or replacement of any item unless its received broken or wrong item delivered.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately there is no any return policy for customized items. as they are just made for you. if any mistake from our side like in Spellings, Size
However, in case of transit damages, the issue has to be reported within 12 hours, after which we may not be able to accept the complaint. Email or WhatsApp us with attachment of product video & pictures.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase full amount is not refundable.
Exchange (if applicable)
If by any chance we send you the wrong or a faulty product, you have the right to return us that product in Original Condition within 7 days of your purchase and get another product replacement at just additional shipping cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will receive your required item within 4 to 5 working days.
Refund: (Non Customized Items)
If you have received your item and unfortunately didn’t like it, still we accept return/Refund. Refund is applicable only if item is in its original condition. 20% service charges will be deducted on refund payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to back us.
Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
