This is 2nd purchase and their product quality is good.
I purchased mugs from them and they were also fine. However, the only issue I encountered is the concerned WhatsApp correspondent who needs to be patient with the reply and understand the message before forwarding it.
After making complete payment, I had requested to see a preview before final printing just to see the text and photo resolution upon printed cushion.
However, I got busy in the meeting and could not respond back promptly upon his message to review the design and my inbox was loaded with text such that “Jaldi karen” and “Designer can’t wait”. I told them to bring the text down on bottom and check the resolution. No extra designing. But the next day I received a forwarded message saying that we charge extra for designing.
I was surprised when did I ask for something special.
The product quality is important but a kind dealing is also important.
